General Guidelines

Shipping and delivery availability depend on the product, destination, prescription requirements, insurance restrictions, and available delivery services.

Estimated arrival dates and delivery windows are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, carrier delays, prescription clarification, and other circumstances may affect timing.

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available resolution. Refunds, replacements, and cancellations will be handled under our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to eligible homes, hotels, and other approved locations within our service area.

Delivery hours: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM daily, including holidays.

Delivery availability, fees, and estimated timing will be confirmed when you place your order. Same-day delivery depends on order readiness and available delivery capacity.

Prescription deliveries depend on pharmacist availability, completion of required checks, and any applicable insurance or legal restrictions. Delivery hours do not extend pharmacy prescription-processing hours.

Hotel and Resort Delivery

Please provide:

• Your full name.
• Hotel or resort name and complete address.
• Room number, if available.
• A telephone number where we can reach you.
• Any front-desk or delivery instructions.

Hotel policies may affect where an order can be delivered. Please confirm whether the hotel accepts deliveries and arrange to receive your order promptly.

Prescription Shipping

Prescription shipping, when available, requires pharmacist approval and must comply with applicable laws and destination licensing requirements.

Prescriptions not processed through insurance: Paying out of pocket does not automatically make a prescription eligible for shipping. Eligibility depends on the medication, destination, and applicable requirements.

Prescriptions processed through insurance: Shipping may also depend on your insurance plan or pharmacy benefit manager's restrictions. Contact us to confirm eligibility.

Certain medications may require special packaging, temperature protection, identification, or a signature. Some medications may not be eligible for shipping or delivery.

Shipping and Delivery Fees

Applicable charges will be disclosed before you confirm your order.

Fees may depend on:

• Delivery address or shipping destination.
• Order size and weight.
• Delivery method.
• Special packaging or temperature-control requirements.

Do not assume shipping or delivery charges are covered by insurance.

Customer Responsibilities

Please provide an accurate address, contact number, and delivery instructions. Notify us immediately if any details change.

A recipient may need to be available to accept the order, provide identification, or sign when required. Please retrieve deliveries promptly and follow the product's storage instructions.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or access restrictions, we will contact you when possible. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Products requiring temperature protection will be reviewed for suitable shipping or delivery arrangements before fulfillment.

If a medication arrives warm, frozen, damaged, or otherwise appears compromised, contact the pharmacist before using it. Keep the packaging available for review.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly if your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect. Keep the packaging and take photographs when possible.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. If the problem resulted from our error, we will cover applicable corrective delivery costs.
